As we walk down a busy street, we take time to look at buildings and other things around them which catch our attention. But there may be people watching us, as we continue to walk down the street. While they are watching us what do they expect to see? Have we in some way brought attention to ourselves. Many people will walk by another without giving a second glance, we are always in a hurry to go someplace without taking time to give someone else encouragement.
Whose eyes are watching to see where we are going, or what we are doing? Are we as strong leaders in Christian beliefs doing something we should not be doing? Know God’s eyes are always upon us. He sees every movement we make. Many people will watch us, as we walk in our Christian faith without us knowing who they may be; are we being a good example of Christ?
What could we say to a child who sees us do something against our beliefs? How could we justify ourselves in this matter? We are all human, we sometimes make mistakes. This is what most will say after being caught in a certain manner. Do we feel God will make an excuse for this, for how we justify our sin? Jesus came in human form, he knows every trial or pain that we all go through. Jesus also walked in Spirit with God every step of the way, a perfect human and God’s Son.
We have no way of justifying sin in any manner. We should become humble as soon as we sin asking for forgiveness both of the child and our Lord Jesus. What our eyes sees is also how we perceive a person to be. If we talk with someone for a few minutes, we begin to form an opinion of this person. Our eyes will judge someone first by seeing how they are dressed, the way in which they carry themselves and then how they speak. All of these things form our opinion of others.
Jesus said not to judge another, but he also said we would know them by their fruits they bear. What kind of fruits do we bear in our everyday life? Have we become so use to doing things against God’s will? Every time we pray we should let our heavenly Father lead us in prayer, not going against his will asking for things contrary to his will. We should always check our heart, where does it lay in the Spirit world? We should always have Jesus show us what things lay in our hearts.
Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20. Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21. Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (KJV)
These things are made very clear all who walk in flesh, in the sins of this world, cannot inherit the kingdom of God. How many different ways are being taught it doesn’t matter what we do. Just as long as we confess our for love God with our mouth, telling everyone he loves us, we shall be accepted into heaven. Is this what the Bible is saying in the scripture above? Look again very closely our fruits show if we are a Christian or a Sinner.
How shall we know a Christian as a true believer of Christ?
Ephesians 5: 9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) (KJV) Philippians 1:11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.(KJV)
These verses show how we as a Christian should be living. We all should be filled of the Spirit of Jesus Christ which is his righteousness living inside of us. This is how we can tell the difference between Sinners and Christians. We should be living according to how Jesus instructs us to live, filled by his Spirit and walking in the Lords precepts. Then who ever is watching our walk will have no doubt in who we are.
May all who see this walk in the love of the Lord Jesus, receiving encouragement to become more like Jesus while we are still in human form. God bless each one that comes to this site.
